Enquiries

The enquiry forms prepare a message for WhatsApp or your email application. Your details stay in the page until you choose a contact method; this website does not save form entries in a website database. WhatsApp and your email provider process the message under their own terms. You review and send the message in the destination application. Please avoid sharing confidential patient information or identifiable research records in an initial enquiry.

Journal matching

If you use the journal-matching tool and consent to the search, your entered manuscript details and preferences are sent to the existing journal database service hosted on Supabase. This service returns matching journals. The website does not store a copy in browser storage or submit your search as a sales enquiry. Hosting and database providers may keep operational logs. Use a non-confidential summary if your work cannot be shared with this service.

Website hosting and third-party sites

The hosting provider may process standard access logs such as IP address, requested page and browser information for security and operation. This version does not install advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a newsletter tracking service. Links to journal websites and other external sources are governed by those sites’ policies.

How we use messages you send

We use your enquiry to assess your request, respond, agree any scope of work and communicate about the engagement. Share files only through a method agreed with the team. Contact us to discuss access, corrections, deletion or confidentiality requirements. Necessary engagement, accounting and compliance records may need to be retained.
